The Manager course will teach participants how to improve daily performances of a group, team or shifts, how to achieve goals, to increase worker productiveness and resolve problems. Basic duties also include disciplining employees, motivating and mentoring, resolving complaints and rewarding performances.
These course fundamentals also include leadership styles, planning, organizing, delegating, problem-solving, controlling and leading.
