Course Introduction

The duties are not to treat any symptoms, illnesses, or injuries but to stabilize a patient until EMS arrives. This training course teaches participants about the laws, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), broken and cracked bones, bites and bruises, impaled foreign objects and lifestyle diseases and how to stabilize a patient. 

Included in the training each candidate will also have a practical experience and on completion the participant will be a certified Level 1 First Aider.
