Course Introduction

An incident investigator is person not necessarily dealing with threats but investigation the event that occurred from them. 

This training course will teach the participants how to investigate an incident in the correct manner (Who, What, Why, When, Where). The training course also teaches participants how to correctly interview witnesses to receive the best feedback, how to create a safety culture, how to work with the health and safety representative on the action plan and to decline the amount of incidents happening. 

Incidents may lead to damage to property, injuries, death, or in unforeseen cases a lawsuit.
